Während in Russland der Wodka aufgrund eines neuen Gesetzes “Ãœber die staatliche Regulierung der Herstellung und des Umsatzes von Ethylalkohol, Alkohol und alkoholhaltiger Produktion” immer knapper wird, bekommen die Elephanten des Moskauer Staatszirkus bei ihrem Besuch in der mongolischen Hauptstadt Ulan Bator, wo – nebenbei erwähnt – gerade die Regierung zusammenbricht, Wodka gegen die Kälte verabreicht.
To help the Indian elephants ward off the cold, staff at the Ulan Bator State Circus are giving them two litres of vodka a day, the newspaper quoted the Mongolian circus manager as saying.
