Hier gibt’s einige Photos der gestrigen Mondfinsternis. Als ich aus dem Fenster gesehen habe, waren ja leider nur Wolken zu sehen!

Wiener Lloyd mal Zwei

Gerade entdeckt: Seit diesem Monat liegt der deutschsprachigen Ungarischen Wochenzeitung Pester Lloyd einmal pro Monat eine Beilage unter dem Titel “WIENER LLOYD – Die Österreich-Seiten des PESTER LLOYD” bei. Die dazugehörige Onlineausgabe findet sich unter der Domain www.wienerlloyd.com. Höchste Verwechslungsgefahr also! ;)

Altes Buch online

Hier findet sich der Link zu “A Geography for Beginners“. Ein Buch von Kensey Johns Stewart aus dem Jahre 1864. Echt interessant, darin herumzuscrollen!

Auch der Amerikanische Bürgerkrieg und die Herkunft dieses Buches spiegelt sich im Text wieder:
